Kearney Area Table Tennis Club (KATTC)
Welcome to the Kearney Area Table Tennis Club website. By accessing this website or participating in any KATTC activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Participation & Use:
KATTC activities are open to individuals of all ages and skill levels unless otherwise stated. Participation is voluntary, and all players are expected to follow club rules, facility guidelines, and instructions from club staff or volunteers.
Minors may participate only with appropriate parental or guardian consent, as required by the Club.
Assumption of Risk:
Participation in table tennis and recreational activities involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, or injury. By participating in KATTC activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.
Waiver & Liability:
Participation in KATTC activities may require completion of a separate waiver and release of liability prior to play. The Club is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive environment. This includes:

Following facility rules
KATTC reserves the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Equipment & Personal Property:
KATTC provides tables, nets, and balls for scheduled sessions. Participants may bring personal paddles. The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Fees & Scheduling:
Participation fees, dues, or donations may apply and will be communicated in advance. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. KATTC reserves the right to modify schedules, fees, or programming as needed.
Photography & Media:
Photographs or videos may be taken during club activities for promotional or informational purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify the Club in writing.
Website Use:
All website content is provided for informational purposes only. KATTC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information. Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
Updates to These Terms:
KATTC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in club activities constitutes acceptance of any changes.
